Embrace the Art of Wintering: A Transformative Journey into Rest and Renewal
This winter, gift yourself a truly unique and transformative four week experience with THE ART OF WINTERING program. As the world around us encourages busyness, it’s easy to forget the vital need for rest and regeneration. Our one-month home immersion program is designed to help you counter that norm and cultivate clarity, elevate relaxation, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
Beginning in January, just before the New Moon, you’ll receive a wealth of resources aimed at helping you tap into higher states of consciousness. Join us for three enriching ZOOM calls sweetly spaced throughout the month to foster a sense of community and support. Together, we’ll explore how our creative life force needs space to dream and connect with what’s waiting to emerge in the new year.
The Art of Wintering includes guided mindfulness meditations, gentle yoga practices, and two ceremonies: An Imbolc ceremony and a ceremony to connect with the Cacao Plant Spirit as a heart-opening guide. We’ll share nourishing recipes that use food as medicine, and teach you how to align your energy with the moon’s phases—plus so much more.
We believe everyone deserves to experience the calming and illuminating benefits of mindfulness and self-care. Without winter rest, we may continue to be unaware or stuck in patterns and behaviors that aren’t supportive of our overall well-being. This winter, take a step towards a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling YOU!
How the program works
You’ll receive resources for each week’s activity to incorporate into your days as you choose. The program’s activities and schedule are flexible and adaptable to fit into a busy life.
The material is specially designed to start with the first New Moon in January to help you open to the magic of each moon phase and become initiated into The Art of Wintering in your own way.
You’ll have access to this material forever, so you can continue to use these resources beyond the four weeks.
This program includes an in-depth library of videos, instructional booklets, a private Facebook group of like-minded souls, and support throughout your four-week journey.
